Emergency Webmaster ServicesIf your small business website is broken and the original web
designer is unavailable, we may be able to help you. We charge at our standard hourly rate per our
Pricing page. We do not offer any guarantees that
we will be able to fix the problem(s), but we will try our best.
What Kind of Help Can We Provide?Some of the things we can do include:
- Make corrections to existing pages on your site.
- Add new pages similar to existing ones, or remove pages that you no longer want.
- Fix broken links that result in error messages.
- Fix "Contact Us" or similar forms that no longer work.
- Help you move your site to a new Web Hosting Provider.

What Kinds of Sites Do We Work On?We work exclusively with web designs that are hosted on
Linux servers, which are by far the most popular type for hosting websites. We are experienced with
MySQL databases, PHP programming, HTML and the like.
We do not work on websites that are hosted on Microsoft Windows servers or that run ASP (Active
Server pages). We do not work on websites where FTP is not supported and the only allowed means of
access is through a Control Panel.
What Information Will We Need?In order to work on your site, we will need full access to
your Web Hosting account. We will need:
- The User ID, password, and the URL of the web page that you log on to.
- An FTP (File Transfer Protocol) account, so that we can directly transfer files without any
control panel. If an FTP account doesn't exist, we will probably be able to create one.
- If your site uses a MySQL database, you will need to provide the Server address, User ID,
Password, and the name of the database.
What Do We Charge?Our charge for Emergency Webmaster Services is based on our hourly rate.
